Character Descriptions

This section provides a short description of all the major characters in the book. Characters

Rand Al'Thor - This character is the legendary Dragon Reborn of prophecy, the hero who, as prophesied, will unite the world and defeat the Dark One in the Last Battle.

Mat Cauthon - This character like several others, grew up in the Two Rivers and is a prankster, jokester, and gambler.

Egwene Al'Vere - This character is a childhood friend of Rand's and is very strong in the True Source and has the gift of Dreamwalking.
