1. Describe the Motley Crue house and what takes place at this house.

In 1981, Vince Neil, Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx share a rundown house in Los Angeles as they struggle to become stars in the rock group Motley Crue. The house is filthy from neglect and run over with vermin but the boys are oblivious to everything but music, booze, and girls. For work, the boys play gigs at the Whisky A Go-Go Club and are followed home by fans who participate in all-night orgies complete with Quaaludes, Percodan, blow, smack, and any other drugs they can get for free. The boys live in the house for nine months hoping for a record deal but they do not get one. They leave to move in with their individual girlfriends.

2. Why does Mick Mars not live in the Motley Crue house?

Mick Mars, the fourth member of the group, never lives in the Motley Crue house as he has been living with his girlfriend. Mick is also a little bit older than the other three members and finds some of their antics counter to the goal of achieving a record contract.
