Fourth of July Celebrations

Research two different Fourth of July Celebrations that take place on water - a lake, bay, river, etc. Try to obtain photos, quotes and as much information as possible to create a posterboard display. Why is it popular to celebrate on the water? Have some water celebrations gained notariety?

Theme Restaurant

Create a plan for your own theme restaurant, using Wedding in the Old Neighborhood as inspiration. Choose decor, amenities, a menu and special effects, and make a collage or display on posterboard to share. (Think about places like Hard Rock Cafe, California jungle bars, etc.)
