Character Descriptions
This section provides a short description of all the major characters in the book. Characters
Bert Holldobler - This person is a German biologist born in 1936 who held positions at the University of W'rzburg and Arizona State University. This person served as the chair for behavioral physiology at the Institute of Zoology of the University of W'rzburg.
Edward O. Wilson - This person is an American biologist born in 1929 who coined the term "biodiversity" and held the position of Curator in Entomology at Harvard University.
