Character Descriptions

This section provides a short description of all the major characters in the book. Characters

Abner Bluestein - This character is the hard-nosed business partner who wants to evict the main character from the farm.

Archie Graham - This character first appears as an old doctor. Later, this character appears as a young baseball player and travels from Minnesota to Iowa in search of a game to play.
