Fun Classroom Activities

1. The Wild, Wild West
Based on the book's setting, choose 3 things that you found interesting about the West in the 1800s. Describe what kind of an experience you think it would be to live in that time period. Would you like it? Why or why not?
2. Interview with a Narrator
Write out an interview with Mark Twain, including both the questions and his responses. Use the information in the book to help speculate on his answers and outlook on life.
