Objective

Last Shot: A Final Four Mystery is a young adult novel by American author John Feinstein. The narrative follows the story of Stevie Thomas and Susan Carol Anderson, winners of the U.S. Basketball Writer's Association's contest for aspiring journalists. Stevie and Susan Carol are given the opportunity to cover the Final Four Championships as student reporters and encounter mystery along the way. In this lesson, students are introduced to the book and will research and discuss author John Feinstein.
