Character Descriptions

This section provides a short description of all the major characters in the book. This can be printed out as a study guide for students, used as a "key" for leading a class discussion, or you can jump to the quiz/homework section to find worksheets that incorporate these descriptions into a variety of question formats.

Characters

Albany (Duke of Albany) - This character is a nobleman with lands of his own who also inherits half of a kingdom through his spouse.

Burgundy (Duke of Burgundy) - This character negotiates with the King of France in order to marry someone and then decides not to get married.

Captain - This character, in return for a reward, promises to execute the King and his daughter quickly after they have been captured by English forces.

Attendants - These characters escort other characters around, generally without speaking.
