Draw a Setting

Allow students the opportunity to draw a setting of any story of their choosing, using the text as a guide.

Create a Map

Give students the opportunity to create a map which denotes the travels of Damon in the narrative. As the novel progresses, students may add on to the map to chart Damon's progress.

News Article

Ask students to look in their local newspaper for an article that involves some aspect of the stories and bring it to class. They will present it in front of the class and explain why it relates to the stories.
