1. How was Lynn different from other therapists that Renee went to see, and why did she continue treatment?

Lynn really seemed to listen to her as she told her story, and she seemed to care. Lynn seemed to sense that she wasn't going to come back for another appointment, and she had her clerk call to set up an appointment. This motivated Renee to go back.

2. Renee knew that she was contradicting herself as she talked to the therapist. How did she react to the contradictions, and how did Lynn react?
