Objective

Eleanor & Park is a young adult novel by American author Rainbow Rowell. Set in Omaha, Nebraska, the novel follows protagonists Eleanor and Park, two teenagers who form bonds of friendship and love despite many obstacles. Eleanor & Park employs a split narrative from the perspectives of the two main characters. Objectives for this lesson include researching the author, analyzing the novel’s setting, and discussing the narrative style of Chapter 1.
