Fun Classroom Activities

The 20 enjoyable, interactive classroom activities that are included will help your students understand the text in amusing ways. Fun Classroom Activities include group projects, games, critical thinking activities, brainstorming sessions, writing poems, drawing or sketching, and more that will allow your students to interact with each other, be creative, and ultimately grasp key concepts from the text by "doing" rather than simply studying.

1. Hallucination

With the students write a list of hallucinations that they think a drug user could have. Write the ideas on pieces of paper and put the paper in a hat. Each students has to pick out one of the hallucinations and act it out in front of the class. The others have to guess what the hallucination is.

2. Drug Rehab

Ask all the students to choose a drug, research its effects and write out a character that has been affected...
