The road to the Young Gentlemen's Beautillion was a long and sometimes bumpy one, as 11 graduates of area high schools discovered this year.
It required precision, concentration and discipline. Along the way were stops to hone communication skills, collect academic credentials, participate in fund-raising and assess strengths and weaknesses.
