Of Milwaukee entered in the fullness of eternal life on September 15, 2004 at the age of 89. She was born July 29, 1915, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the second daughter of Clarence and Ethel (nee Reed) Marshall. Raised in a family that cherished education, Enid made teaching her profession, graduating from Stowe Teachers College in St. Louis, Missouri. Enid taught high school math in St. Louis where she met and married another teacher, Cecil Watts Yancey, in 1944.
