A 14-year-old boy who suffered an asthma attack at a YMCA camp on Lake Winnepesaukee while his inhaler was locked up in the infirmary died last week at a New Hampshire hospital.
Johvany J. Ortiz Jr. was pronounced dead at Lakes Region General Hospital at 11:53 p.m. on Thursday, less than two hours after he complained to a camp councilor on Bear Island that he felt ill.
