X Corp. of Oklahoma City filed a $3 million class action lawsuit Monday against Lloyd's of London for breach of an insurance contract.

X Corp., formerly known as the PCX Corp., has filed the suit alleging that the internationally known insurance company breached its insurance contract after Lloyd's failed to pay on claims filed on a series of well blowouts in 1982.

The suit alleges that PCX had an insurance agreement with Lloyd's from December 1981 to December 1982 on the operation of the Verma-Layton No. 1 well in Caddo county.
