What does Elizabeth Harvey's survey ("Study says working mothers don't cause children harm," Page A1, March 1) lack? It's simple: common sense. Why do working parents feel guilty? It's because they know that giving their children to a caregiver is not the right way to raise their children. Working parents are not rearing their children; the caregiver is.
