Police charged a Lancaster Township woman Tuesday with a Christmas Eve 2003 bank robbery in which the suspect fled in a taxi. Police said the woman confessed to the crime Sunday while in prison for violating probation. Terissa Danette Potts, 32, was arraigned Tuesday on a felony robbery charge. She was returned to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail after the brief hearing before District Judge Maynard Hamilton.
