For Monty Williams, who averaged 30 points and 16 rebounds last season at Potomac (Md.) High School and attracted the attention of nearly 200 colleges, helping his team win the Maryland AAA basketball championship was nice. But his 4.0 grade point average "is what I'm most proud of," he said. Today, he and Allegra Milholland of Langley High School in McLean will be honored for their academic and athletic achievements, receiving the first Michael L.
