VIRGINIA BEACH -- VIRGINIA BEACH - William "Bill" Fox, 61, passed away Jan. 16, 2008. A native New Yorker, he relocated to Virginia Beach with his wife, Rosann, son O'Brien "O'B" Fox of Norfolk and daughter Roxann Fox, also of Norfolk, in the early 1990s.
He was a network engineer in the industry's infancy and used his technical expertise to help bring downtown New York online. He worked for companies such as Chemical Bank, Continental Grain and Participants Trust.
