Howard Grunfeld has been networking since February. Grunfeld, the director of the sixth Nation's Capital Wheelchair Tennis Championships, has been working for six months, seeking private donations to raise prize money for the winner and runner-up in each division. This is the first year the tournament has awarded prize money. The Nation's Capital, coinciding with the Legg Mason Tennis Classic at William H.G.
