BISMUTH OXYCHLORIDE AS A HIGH PERFORMANCE PIGMENT

Bismuth oxychloride is of great interest as a pearlescent pigment because it provides excellent whiteness, brightness and smooth texture. Today, development work on these pigments is centered on overcoming the natural limitations of bismuth so that these attributes can be made available to a wider range of applications.
