Washington Redskins wide receiver Michael Westbrook practiced at full speed for a second straight day yesterday and seems virtually certain of playing Sunday against the Detroit Lions at Jack Kent Cooke Stadium. Westbrook has missed three consecutive games with a sprained left knee, and Coach Norv Turner believed Westbrook would be sidelined for two more. His opinion changed on Wednesday when Westbrook showed up ready to practice.
