W & V Properties has broken ground on a 50-acre mixed-use business park in southeast Oklahoma City.
The Mid America Business Park will consist of a variety of office and industrial buildings. Phase one of the project consists of a 30,000-square-foot office and 100,000-square-foot warehouse complex. With an estimated cost of $4 million, its completion is scheduled for November.
Four warehouse-distribution centers, with attached office space and business incubation centers, are envisioned for future phases, as well as four class A office buildings with 25,000 square feet per floor.
