In an off-the-market transaction, Helmsley-Spear, Inc. has under contract the La Rochelle Apartments at 57 W 75th Street.
The building is being sold by EFPOL Realty Co. to the SG2 Group, owned by Stephen Seigel and Jeffrey Goldberg, for $70 million cash.
