Washington Bullets forward Jay Vincent, who hasn't played since the opening quarter of their first exhibition game in October, is scheduled to be examined this morning by his surgeon, Dr. Robert Neviaser. If the outcome is favorable, Vincent most likely will be activated for tonight's game against the Los Angeles Clippers at Capital Centre. "That's where we're at," said General Manager Bob Ferry.
