Funeral services for Verna Catherine Freise (nee Schoenbeck), 87, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, at Lutheran Home & Services, St. John Chapel, 800 W. Oakton, Arlington Heights. Born July 28, 1916, in Arlington Heights, the daughter of William and Martha (nee Niemeyer) Schoenbeck, she passed away peacefully Thursday, May 27, 2004. Burial will be in Randhill Park Cemetery. Verna wed Arnold Emil Feise in 1939. She was a longtime member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, and was an active volunteer at the St. Peter Lutheran School and the Lutheran H...
