From the very start, which is to say that moment last January when the name of Monica Lewinsky first surfaced, we were roundly enjoined not to consider her a victim. She was young, it's true, but a woman in her prime, who knew exactly what she had done -- if, in fact, she had done it. It may be time to reconsider, though.
