While the battle tactics are shifting, the war rages on.

Colleges and universities continue to be a focus of the fight surrounding illegal downloading of music and movies. As the Recording Industry Association of America steps up its crackdown on illegal campus pirating, local universities are trying to do their part to curb the activity.
