SOUTHBURY, CONN. Disney was the first movie studio to conquer Broadway, in a big way, with three smash-hit musicals -- "Beauty and the Beast," "The Lion King" and "Aida" -- now running simultaneously in New York, and with touring and/or sit-down replicas of the first two bringing in millions and "Aida" clones surely soon to follow.
