HOLLYWOOD In the wake of the Vivendi Universal merger, the stock of Universal Pictures' senior management team seems to be rising.
The last two weeks have seen a major strategic restructuring of divisions under U Pix, headed by chairman Stacey Snider, vice chairman Marc Shmuger and president-chief operating officer Rick Finkelstein.
The changes are part of the ongoing post-merger reorganization, with Universal Pictures being positioned as one of the driving forces for Universal Studios' myriad operations.
