Volunteers do a lot more than just Sugarplums
If you've lived in the Miami Valley for a while, chances are you've had a pleasant encounter with some TWIGS. And we're not talking tree branches.
In this case, they're 30 groups of committed volunteers who make up an organization that's been influencing the quality of life in our community for the past 37 years.
