Dear Dr. Gridlock: I read your column, as I always do, on Dec. 21, and noted that Jan Tarasovic wrote you concerning adding turn lanes to two intersections in Fairfax County. One of the left turns Jan suggested is in design now. The construction of a second left turn lane from southbound Rolling Road to eastbound Old Keene Mill Road in West Springfield was approved as part of the Springfield Interchange Congestion Management Plan.
