A case that smells a lot like environmental racism is unfolding around the historic black town of Thoroughfare, Va. Located an hour's drive outside of Washington, this pre-Civil War enclave could be wiped out by two monstrous developments: the proposed Old Dominion Race Track on one side and the proposed Walt Disney Co. theme park on the other.
