Brad Thoma continues his assault on the Thomas More College baseball record book. The hitting machine from West Carrollton put together a career that saw him become the Saints' all-time hits leader.

"I hit a home run to leftcenter field on a first-pitch fastball against Washington & Jefferson," Thoma said. "That was my 198th hit, and it put me in the record book.

"I'll remember that feeling the rest of my life. It means a lot, because this school has a nice tradition and a lot of players have passed through here, including David Justice (three-time major- league allstar played at TMC in 1984...
