Municipal sites' attendance boosted by hot weather

Ozaukee and Washington county residents sweated out this summer's monotonously hot weather poolside, judging from attendance figures being reported by the area's municipal swimming pools and water parks.
Attendance at Mequon's swimming pool this year through July, for instance, was 20,338, a 16% increase over last year's 17,574, which was a record at the time.
