Spring has come to Washington. You thought it would never get here, but yesterday the daffodils began their yellow blooming on the slopes of Rock Creek Park. On Saturday their sharp green spears were pointing up through snow, but by sunny Sunday morning they were waving their new flowers at the Rock Creek Parkway traffic, just below the P Street Bridge.
