Can it really be that Liza Minnelli has toured through Boston for almost 30 years? Can it really be that her mom, Judy Garland, passed away 25 years ago? The slings and arrows of fate keep taking their toll, but Minnelli continues to emerge anew in concert, refusing to become jaded like many of her show-biz peers. "I love what I do.
