A small college in northeast Missouri gets a superb new facility on a tight budget.
When the performing venue at HannibalLaGrange College in Hannibal, Missouri, burned down in June 1989, the school was left with a gaping void, exacerbated by the fact that the arts are a top priority on campus. Trying to make do with an unpleasant situation, the Christian liberal arts college soon took over the vintage early 1900s Orpheum Theater in downtown Hannibal.
