Although George S Kaufman will probaby hurl a wisecrack from his grave when his centennial is held next year in Pittsburgh, his nephew, Dr. Allan Friedlich, readily announces that a centennial celebration is, indeed, in the works. According to Dr. Friedlich, a cardiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, the celebration will signal his uncle's lasting contribution to the American theater.
