"The Forsyte Saga," the John Galsworthy epic that became the catalyst for PBS's long-running drama showcase "Masterpiece Theatre," returns Sunday at 9 with a two-hour premiere. Based on the first two novels of several works that became known as "The Forsyte Saga," this new eight-hour production subsequently airs in weekly one-hour installments through Nov. 17.
