LAST Sunday afternoon, a savage fire ripped through an apartment in a North Bergen high-rise, killing four residents and injuring dozens of people. Fire officials believe that oxygen tanks used by an emphysema patient who smoked cigarettes were a factor in the intensity of the blaze.
