In the previous issue, we discussed an instance where the painting contractor was responsible for the poor adhesion of paint on doors and frames in a high-rise condominium due to insufficient surface preparation. Our present case involves delaminating paint on concrete walkways. The Royal Palms is a three-story condominium complex in southeast Florida, consisting of six individual buildings.
