The first open seat for Milwaukee mayor since 1988 is drawing a crowd of contestants -- 10 so far, assuming Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke Jr. formally declares in a few weeks, as he has suggested he would. Absent Clarke, the other nine pitched up on Wednesday at a long-scheduled luncheon meeting of the Public Policy Forum, which allocated five minutes to each candidate for introductions and show and tell.
