I had the pleasure of working with three Fords: Henry I, Edsel, and Henry II, however I was an apprentice to the first and worked closely with his engineers and skilled tradesmen. Because of this relationship, I became acquainted with Ford's mentor, Thomas Edison, and Ford graciously introduced me to both George Washington Carver and Henry Firestone.
