Kelantan is a state in Malaysia that exhibits its Muslim nature stanchly even at the cost of irritating the government. There is no repression there, but expectation in the state favors moderation. Led by Prince Razaleigh Hamzah, a member of parliament, Kelantan is the poorest part of the country.
