Two more of the six divisions of T & D Industries have been sold by the administrator, leaving only the Vauxhall Motors hole-in-the-wall automotive components plant in Luton, for which a sale is expected 'shortly'. Last month we reported the disposal of the two T & D Plastech divisions -- the Bridgend rotational moulding business to Thompson Plastics and and the Rotherham building products business to Kingspan Environmental Group subsidiary Titan Plastech.
