I work for a customized, proprietary courseware developer, and some companies, at the request of their IT departments, have asked us for nonplug-in courseware, specifically Macromedia's Flash. But since the Flash player comes pre-installed on Windows 95 and later, it should never be considered a problem for IT.

Does anyone share my view? Has anyone else encountered this problem?
