University Wire 02-18-2000 (The Dartmouth) (U-WIRE) HANOVER, N.H. -- In light of the recent allegations that as many as 40 students cheated on a Dartmouth Computer Science 4 assignment, students have expressed criticism of both Professor Rex Dwyer as well as the CS department for failing to provide adequate tutoring resources and structure for the class over the course of the term.
