Not content with a smaller sublease at 521 Fifth Avenue, media critic Stephen Brill has signed up Brill Media and his brand new venture for space at a Rockefeller Center building long associated with publishing: the landmarked Simon & Schuster Building.
Brill Media will take 22,586 square feet on the 16th floor of the 706,601 square-footer, which carries the address of 1230 Avenue of the Americas.
